The well-organized day trips allowed us to maximize every minute of our stay. The authentic local dishes were flavorful, carefully prepared, and enjoyable. Spent Christmas here with my family and it was amazing! The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. Loved that they had a chef on site to prepare delicious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions. The location was perfect - close to local shops and attractions. Another great thing was that they offered excursions to nearby places of interest, which was very convenient.

Didn't like that the water pressure in the showers was weak, but other than that we had a great stay. the tuk tuk rides to the main town were a bit costly, but they were easily accessible and the hotel manager provided us with some great suggestions for things to do in the area.
